I am a feminist coach and my practice is trauma, HAES and intuitive eating informed. My work focuses on helping folks to feel at home in their bodies in a world that is categorically designed to disconnect us from ourselves. I am unapologetically fat positive and in search of body liberation for ALL.

I love public speaking, and do as much of it as I possibly can! I’ve given talks on body image, self esteem, eating disorder recovery, eating healthy on a budget, nutrition for athletes, entrepreneurship, veganism and meal prep. Don’t be limited by location when considering such things. I am totally down to travel!
For years I struggled with anorexia and bulimia. In the process of my recovery I found a genuine love for my body and learned to demonstrate that with intuitive eating habits and sustainable exercise. It took a lot of work for me to get to a point of balance with food and it would be an honor for me to funnel that work into helping you.

I help those who have struggled with body image and empower them to feel safe, sane, and awesome around food. My unique nutrition philosophy takes a holistic approach to wellness and encourages clients to consider intuition, healthy food, relationships, work, exercise, and spirituality as essentials to building good health.
I specifically focus on helping people to incorporate more plants into their diet (no, you do not have to be vegan to work with me!), how to decode negative messages sent out by the media and dieting industry, how to find the appropriate way of eating FOR THE INDIVIDUAL (there is no one perfect way to eat, of course!), and how to figure out how to enjoy healthy food with a healthy mindset.
